1. Coverage and Eligibility Requirements for This Service
This insurance applies only to packages confirmed lost by the carrier, excluding theft occurring after package delivery/sign-off. All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days after package delivery to enable us to launch an investigation with the carrier.
Eligible criteria:
Orders directly shipped by Ugeat
Total order value not exceeding $1,000
Delivery to eligible regions (e.g., the United States)
The transportation protection service does not cover the following scenarios:
Theft after package delivery and sign-off
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Delivery delays with no confirmed package loss
Claims submitted beyond the specified time limit will not be accepted.

2. Required Documents for Claim Submission
You may need to provide the following information when submitting a claim:
Order Number
Proof of Purchase
Package tracking details
Additionally, the recipient must fully cooperate with designated carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) in all investigations related to the shipment.
Cooperation requirements include but are not limited to:
Confirmation of delivery status
Submission of a lost package report to the carrier
Provision of additional documents or information requested by the carrier or Ugeat
Failure to cooperate with carrier investigations will result in claim rejection.

3. Resolution Solutions
Once your claim is approved, Ugeat will offer one of the following remedies:
Complimentary product reshipment, orFull refund of the product payment

Under no circumstances will the fee for the transportation protection service be refunded. For orders with duplicate lost package insurance purchases, only one claim settlement will be provided.
