Human hair contains natural protein. You can easily distinguish it by burning and smelling: when human hair burns, it turns into ash that will disappear when you pinch it. Also, there will be white smoke during burning.
On the other hand, synthetic hair will form a sticky ball after burning and produce black smoke.

For those with Thin Hair: You'll find that 100 grams are sufficient to achieve a full head look, while 50 grams are perfect for creating a highlight color effect.
For those with Thick Hair: If you have thick hair, it's recommended to use 150 to 200 grams to achieve a full head appearance.
Helpful Tip: Please note that the weight of the hair extensions remains consistent from 14 inches to 24 inches in length. However, as the hair gets longer, it tends to be thinner in volume. Therefore, if you have long hair, it's advisable to opt for more hair extensions to achieve your desired style.

Hair Care & Wash
Absolutely, you can use heat on your hair extensions. However, it's crucial to follow these guidelines:
- Never apply heat to wet hair. Make sure your hair is completely dry before using any heating tools.
- When curling the hair, use a heat protectant spray to shield it from damage.
- We recommend keeping the temperature at or below 320°F (160°C) to help extend the life of the hair.
You can dye the hair from a lighter color to a darker shade, and we recommend having it done by a professional hairstylist. However, bleaching is strongly not recommended, as it can seriously damage the hair and greatly shorten its lifespan.
Ugeat hair extensions are completely free from shedding, and they stay straight after washing as long as you blow-dry them.
Please avoid combing or brushing the hair extensions when they are wet. Wait until the hair is dry before doing so. Also, at night, it's essential to keep your hair dry and tied up to prevent tangling while you sleep. These simple practices will help maintain the quality and appearance of your hair extensions for a longer time.
You won't need to wash your hair extensions every night or even every second night.
- For hair extensions that are worn continuously, such as tape-in extensions and weft hair extensions, we recommend washing them no more than 2–3 times per week.
- For easy-to-wear hair extensions, such as clip-in extensions and hair toppers, if worn daily, washing once or twice a month is sufficient. If they are worn less frequently, you can wash them based on the number of wears (typically after 20–30 wears).
- Please note that the more frequently hair extensions are washed, the shorter their lifespan will be.
Before washing, gently detangle your hair extensions by combing them with a wide-toothed comb.
Use warm water to wet the extensions gently. Apply a shampoo without sulfates, preferably a light-colored one (avoid purple shampoo).
Rinse out the shampoo thoroughly. Then, apply conditioner, but be cautious not to put it on the tapes for tape-in hair extensions, as this could cause them to loosen. After rinsing out the conditioner and allowing the extensions to dry, comb through them again to prevent tangling. You can let the extensions air dry.
When washing, avoid rubbing or twisting the hair. For straight hair, gently crush it in a downward motion, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. Properly following these general care instructions is crucial to prevent hair tangling.
Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo with moisturizing ingredients. Harsh or deep-cleansing shampoos can damage the hair, making it more prone to dryness and tangling.
Absolutely, you can sleep with your hair extensions. However, it's crucial to remember never to sleep with wet hair. Before going to bed, ensure that your hair is completely dry, and tie it back. For the best practice, it’s best to tie your hair into a loose braid or ponytail and use a satin or silk pillowcase or a sleep bonnet.
Absolutely, you can wear your hair extensions while swimming. However, we highly recommend using a swim cap to protect your extensions from the potential damage caused by saltwater and chlorine water. By wearing a swim cap, you can enjoy your swim without worrying about the effects of these harsh elements on your extensions, ensuring they stay in excellent condition.

We value our customers' satisfaction, which is why we offer a 100-day return policy. If, within 100 days of receiving the product, you decide to return it, you have the right to do so, as long as the product remains unused.
Why Ugeat Hair Products Cannot be Exchanged/Returned if Opened?
We prioritize hygiene and public safety, particularly when it comes to human hair products. For safety reasons, we do not allow opened items to be returned. This is an industry standard, and other hair extension suppliers also follow the same practice of not accepting returns for opened items. We uphold this policy without any exceptions.

Because hair extensions have specific requirements for returns, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us to confirm whether your situation meets our return conditions. Instead, once you contact us, we will arrange for the nearest warehouse based on your location. About Tape in Extensions

YES, you need. Don't use conditioner or essential oil for shampoo before installation. Remember to blow dry your hair.
Don't wash your hair in 72 hours. Because they will probably fall out. The tape needs a minimum of 72 hours to completely attach itself to your hair. For the first week be extra careful when you wash it.
YES, but apply conditioner only to the mid-lengths and ends. Avoid the tape area to prevent slippage.
YES. With proper care, tape in extensions can be reused multiple times. New replacement tape is required for each reinstallation. Typically, they need to be reinstalled every 6–8 weeks, depending on how fast your natural hair grows.
About Weft Hair Extensions

Weft hair extensionscan be installed in four ways: with micro beads, clips, tape/glue, or by sewing them directly to your own hair. You can choose the method that best suits your preference. Most customers opt for either micro beads or sewing the extensions directly to their hair.
Not all weft hair extensions on our website can be cut. The following types can be cut as needed: Genius Weft, Flat Silk Weft, and Machine Weft hair extensions. However,Hand-Tied Weft hair extensions cannot be cut,including the three strings on the hand-tied wefts. Cutting the hair will cause the hand-tied extensions to loosen and fall out.
Installing weft hair extensions typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the installation method (such as sew-in or bead-weft), the amount of hair used, and the stylist’s experience.
Installation time can also vary based on the type of weft used. Our latest Butterfly Weft Hair Extensions are easier to install, and an experienced stylist can usually complete the installation in 30–60 minutes.
